Financial Technology Services Policy

Axstron Policy

Legal entity: Axstron Holdings Ltd • Effective date: 14 October 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

Axstron Holdings Ltd (“Axstron”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and operates financial technology and software infrastructure intended to support digital business operations, payment technology and connectivity between financial service providers.

This Policy describes our technology products, service boundaries, third-party relationships and customer responsibilities. The services available to each customer depend on the applicable product terms, contractual arrangements, provider approvals and legal requirements.

This Policy does not itself establish a financial services licence, regulatory authorisation or approval from any payment processor.

2. Our Technology Products

Axstron’s technology ecosystem includes Appra Business, AppraX and Axlink. Each product has a distinct purpose and may be subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements.

2.1 Appra Business

Appra Business is a digital platform designed to provide business customers with access to supported financial technology, business account interfaces, payment functionality and integrations with third-party providers.

The specific features available to customers depend on the relevant product configuration, provider arrangements, jurisdiction and customer eligibility.

2.2 AppraX

AppraX is part of Axstron’s digital asset technology ecosystem. Its functionality may include software and integrations associated with supported digital asset services and blockchain infrastructure.

Any digital asset exchange, transfer, custody or related financial service will be offered only where the responsible entity is legally permitted and has obtained any required authorisation or approval.

Product-specific terms will identify the functionality actually offered, the responsible service provider and any applicable restrictions.

Axlink is Axstron’s payment technology and connectivity initiative. It is designed to support technical integrations between participating platforms, payment providers and settlement systems.

Depending on the implemented service, its technology may support API connectivity, transaction routing, payment workflow coordination and settlement-related integrations.

The precise role of Axstron and each participating provider will be determined by the applicable agreements and actual transaction flows. Technical connectivity alone does not mean that Axstron holds customer funds, executes regulated transactions or operates a regulated payment system.

3. Technology Services and Financial Services

Axstron distinguishes between the technology it develops and any underlying financial services provided by another entity.

Depending on the applicable arrangement, Axstron may provide software, platform functionality, API integrations, technical support and transaction information tools.

Where an independent financial institution or payment provider delivers an underlying account, payment, custody, conversion or settlement service, that service is subject to the provider’s applicable terms and responsibilities.

The responsible legal entity will be identified in the relevant customer agreements and disclosures. No provider’s regulatory authorisation will be represented as extending to Axstron unless the legal basis for that representation has been verified.

4. Third-Party Providers

Axstron may integrate with financial institutions, payment service providers, digital asset infrastructure providers and other technology partners.

Each provider is responsible for the services it has agreed to provide, subject to its contractual obligations and applicable law.

Customers may be required to accept separate terms, satisfy eligibility criteria and complete identity verification, business verification or other onboarding procedures.

Third-party service availability may change, and Axstron cannot guarantee that every provider or service will remain available in every market.

5. Payments and Funds Handling

The receipt, processing, transfer, custody, conversion, safeguarding and settlement of funds depend on the particular product and transaction arrangement.

The applicable customer agreements and provider disclosures will identify the parties responsible for relevant activities.

Axstron will accurately disclose its role in each transaction flow and will not make unsupported representations about fund ownership, safeguarding, segregation, settlement guarantees or deposit protection.

Customers should review the applicable service terms for transaction limits, supported currencies, fees, processing times, settlement arrangements and potential restrictions.

6. Fees

Axstron may charge fees for its own technology, software access, platform functionality and other services described in the relevant customer agreement.

Fees will be disclosed before they become payable where required by law or contract.

Independent providers may impose separate charges under their own agreements. Third-party fees will be distinguished from Axstron’s fees where applicable.

7. Customer Verification and Compliance

Access to particular products or features may require identity verification, business verification, eligibility assessments and other compliance procedures.

Axstron and relevant service providers may request information necessary to deliver services, prevent fraud, satisfy contractual requirements or comply with applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

Access may be refused, restricted or suspended where required by law, applicable provider terms, security considerations or compliance obligations.

8. Acceptable Use

Customers must use Axstron’s technology lawfully and in accordance with applicable agreements.

The services must not be used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, unauthorised transactions or other unlawful activities.

Axstron may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address legal, contractual, security or compliance concerns.

9. Privacy and Security

Axstron handles information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and its published Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to provide requested services, verify customers, support transactions, prevent fraud, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

The Privacy Policy will describe applicable data-handling practices, relevant parties’ responsibilities, information retention and customer rights.

Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.

10. Service Availability

Axstron aims to maintain reliable technology services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be affected by maintenance, technical incidents, connectivity failures, security events, provider outages, regulatory restrictions or other circumstances outside Axstron’s reasonable control.

Availability may depend on jurisdiction, customer eligibility, provider approval and supported payment methods.

11. Complaints and Support

Customers may contact Axstron through the official contact channels published on axstron.com regarding Axstron’s own technology services.

Where an issue concerns a financial or payment service provided by an independent third party, the relevant provider may be responsible for handling the complaint under its applicable procedures.

The appropriate complaint channel and responsible entity will be identified in the relevant customer agreement or product disclosure.

12. Suspension and Termination

Axstron may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, contractual breaches, provider restrictions or legal and compliance obligations.

Where legally permissible and appropriate, customers will be informed of relevant restrictions and any available steps to resolve the issue.

Suspension of access to an Axstron platform does not automatically determine the status of a separate agreement between a customer and a third-party provider.

13. Policy Updates

Axstron may update this Policy to reflect changes in its products, technology, provider arrangements or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on axstron.com with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law or the applicable customer agreement.
